Easter Camps & Workshops

Easter Camps

HECC camps will provide you with a range of skills, with plenty of games and nets throughout the day that will be suited to players of all ages and ability.  At times we may also play a variety of other sports to break the day up, but it is very much cricket focused.

Sessions will be led by ECB qualified coaches.

6-15 years of age

Cost:

£45 per day

You will need to bring:

  1. Cricket kit if you have it, don’t worry if you don’t!!
  2. And of course, food: lunch, snacks and drinks.
  3. Money (cash or card) – we have a shop and café with drinks, crisps and sweets.
  4. A smile and a great attitude

The Season Workshop Series
A two part series covering the aspects below getting you ready for the season to come! Boys and Girls all very welcome.
Batting Workshop
 
Date: 2nd April 2026
Time: 6pm – 9pm
  • Get the very best: the basics and the truth about technique, understanding how everyday movement will make you a better batter.
  • Runs are you currency – Develop game plans to hit your best scoring areas to survive and thrive.
  • Versus Spin and Pace
  • Bat V Ball – Bring it all together with scenarios and matchplay that you won’t want to miss out!
 
Bowling Workshop
 
Date: 9th April 2026
Time: 6pm – 9pm
  • Pace – Discover the secrets to bowl faster – access the mechanics, drills and bowling speeds that you can achieve. 
  • Spin – Learn the best drills, technique and tactics to drive your game to another level!
  • Bat V Ball – Bring it all together with scenarios and matchplay that you won’t want to miss out!

Ages: 

11-17 years of age – All ages can be accommodated for BUT players must be hardball ready and experienced cricketers.

The Coaches
All sessions will be led by Head Coach Luke Humphrey (ECB qualified Level 4) and Lead Coach Adam Pearce (ECB qualified Level 2).
