Private Cricket Coaching
Our private one-to-one coaching sessions are tailored to each player’s individual needs, focusing on improving technique, refining skills and boosting overall performance. Players of all ages and abilities can benefit from expert guidance, personalised drills and focused practice.
Sessions run on our five indoor lanes all year round, so wet weather and dark winter evenings never get in the way of your progress. Book just yourself, or bring a friend or sibling for a small-group session that keeps the cost down while still giving you plenty of individual attention.

Coaching from our highly qualified team
Our coaching is led by Luke Humphrey, our Director of Coaching and an ECB Level 4 Master Coach, one of the highest coaching qualifications in the English game. Luke has been a Lead Batting Coach for the England Talent Tests at the National Cricket Performance Centre in Loughborough and a Performance Director with Hertfordshire County Cricket Association, with more than twenty years of coaching behind him.
He is supported by a strong team, including Brad Oakes, an ECB Level 3 coach who works across the Essex County Cricket Club pathway. Whatever you want to work on, batting, fast bowling, spin or wicketkeeping, there is a coach here who specialises in it.
What a session looks like
- A clear focus agreed at the start, so every minute counts.
- Hands-on technical coaching on a full-length lane with a true bounce.
- Bowling machine work where it helps, to groove a shot or face real pace.
- Honest, friendly feedback and simple things to practise before next time.
Want to see your technique for yourself? Add video analysis to your session and we will break down your action or your batting frame by frame.
Coaching prices
One-to-one coaching starts from £60. Small-group sessions can work out cheaper per player, and the exact price depends on the coach and session length.
