Holiday Cricket Camps
Our holiday cricket camps are perfect for players of all ages and abilities. Packed with a range of
skills, plenty of games and nets throughout the day, every camp is run by our highly qualified
coaches and suited to players of all ages and ability.
Camps run indoors at our Sawbridgeworth centre, so the weather is never a problem. With five
lanes, plenty of space and proper coaching, your child gets a full, active and fun day while you get
a few hours back. We run camps at Easter, every half term and through the summer holidays.

What happens during a camp day
- A warm welcome and warm-up to get everyone moving.
- Coaching on batting, bowling and fielding, grouped by age and ability.
- Lots of games and matches, which is where children learn the most and have the most fun.
- Net time to put new skills into practice.
- Friendly, qualified coaches keeping the day safe, active and enjoyable.

Holiday cricket camps are £45 per day, which includes all the coaching, games and net time. Book
a single day or the whole week, and see our events page for the next dates.
Looking for something different in the holidays? We also run family net hire from £28 per lane per
hour, so you can come and bat together as a family.
Who runs the camps
Camps are delivered by the HECC coaching team, led by our Director of Coaching, ECB Level 4
Master Coach Luke Humphrey. Our coaches work with children all year round through our
academies and development squads, so your child is in safe, experienced hands.

Does my child need their own kit?
Children can bring their own bat and pads if they have them, but we have equipment available too. Just bring trainers, comfy clothes, a water bottle and a packed lunch.
